Failed to delete a folder

Hello,

I want to delete a folder in a repository via the repository explorer.
I have got the rights to create the folder.

If I delete the folder with a Tortoise SVN Client V 1.6 there’s no problem. The folder will be deleted.

But if I’m using the Tortoise SVN Client 1.7 (TortoiseSVN 1.7.11, Build 23600 - 64 Bit , 2012/12/12 19:08:52) I got the Error message that I’m not able to delete the folder as I haven’t got the rights to write to the root folder of the repository.

I only can delete the folder with rights on the root folder.

Is this a new feature or have I made something wrong?
