Can I configure external merge to show URLs?

Using TortoiseSVN 1.7.11, Build 23600 - 64 Bit , 2012/12/12 19:08:52
and KDiff3 Version 0.9.97 (64 bit)

In the "diff viewer" settings, I can configure TortoiseSVN to pass the
URL of the files being compared to my external diff tool, for example
for kdiff3:

  C:\Program Files\KDiff3\kdiff3.exe %base %mine --L1 %burl --L2 %yurl

With these settings, viewing a diff will show the full URL of the file
in each diff window in KDiff3.

In the "Merge Tool" settings, if I try using %burl, %yurl, or %turl,
the names are not replaced. %burl, %yurl, and %turl are displayed
literally in each diff window.

Is there a way to show the url of the file in the merge tool like
there is in the diff viewer?
