And where might we find a torrent file for TortoiseSVN from a reliable
source? There are no links I can find on the official TortoiseSVN
site. I prefer using torrents if one is made available officially, but
especially at work I don't want to scour the Internet at large for
John Doe's torrented SVN installer.

The official site DOES give some advice to verify the digital
signature of the installer, and notes that Windows will verify it also
when running it.
