This one might be worth a shot too:

Failing that, have you tried using the Subversion 1.7 command line
client? It is installed by default in the TSVN bin directory. If that
doesn't work you might try asking for help on the subversion users
mailing list.

Let us know how you get on so we can update the FAQ if needed.
