Please quote some context. I had to search the archives to find what
this was about, particularly with the truncated subject line.

TSVN 1.8 will be released in line with SVN 1.8, hopefully first
quarter 2013. As a matter of policy the 1.7.x stable branch only
receives bug fixes, not new features, otherwise it would not be
stable. You can always use a trunk nightly build if this feature is
critical to you.
