Unfortunately you do not specify any information that could help to
troubleshoot the issue so I want to request additional detail. The

* What version of TortoiseSVN do you use?

* What version of VisualSVN Server do you use?

* What authentication type do you have enabled on VisualSVN Server?
Integrated Windows Authentication and/or Basic authentication?

* Are clients and server located in the same Active Directory domain?

* What error do you get in TortoiseSVN? Please specify the *exact* and
*complete* error wording.

* What's logged in VisualSVN Server event log?
