File status icon not correct in Windows 7 with TortoiseSVN-1.7.10.23359

Apart from problems with some icons not showing at all, (e.g, the unversioned and ignored icons do not appear - I checked the registry for the entries in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\​SOFTWARE\Microsoft​Windows\CurrentVer​sion\Explorer\Shel​lIconOverlayIdentifi​ers and they are all there, so that is not the problem. No other applications are listed) another problem I am facing with TortoiseSVN-1.7.10.23359 (Windows 7 Enterprise, SP1) is that the file status icon is not update even after explicit "update"ing and the notification "Completed: At revision: XXX" message. I still get the exclamation mark icon.

I need to manually delete the file and update the folder again to get the status right.
