Don't have buttons in Subversion library on Win 7

Hello.

I just installed and I have the Subversion library in Windows Explorer.

I add one working copy to the library.

If I click the working copy folder under the Subversion library nothing is in that folder UNLESS I change Subversion > Properties > Optimize for > Documents.

Now when I click the working copy the files appear but the big problem is:

The buttons up in the bar for 'Commit', 'Update', etc. are just not there.

I tried deleting the library and re-creating it using TortoiseSVN settings. Did not work.

The buttons never appeared.

Please advice.
