error when commit with the file lock

Hello
Version :TortoiseSVN 1.7.10, Build 23359 - 32 Bit
Operating System:Windows 7
I right-clicked on Get lock to the file, after make some modifications,I right-clicked on SVN Commit.Then error happened.Please See the following picture.
But when I try to Release lock to the file first,and then Commit,it works successfully.
