access denied on a deleted exe at cleanup

Hi,

I have the 1.7.9 version of TSVN and the following problem :

- when I run an Update, TSVN says: "Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted. Please execute the 'Cleanup' command."

- so I run a cleanup and I get an 'access denied' on an exe file in my project. I delete it, re-run the cleanup and TSVN says: "cleanup failed to process the following paths: [my project path] Can't move '[...]\.svn\tmp\svn-16AB500C' to '[...]\the_exe_I_deleted.exe': access denied.

My virus scanner is not working.
