But you did not mention which dialog, which is what this is all about.

I can't believe that you don't know what a dialog is. Every Windows user
knows that after the first five minutes of using Windows.

 From your screenshot I figure that you're using the repository browser
dialog. And the context menu is that of the left pane of the repo browser.

it copies the full url of the right-clicked item. Just what the command
says it will do.

If you want to get urls with revision info, use the log dialog (show log
command) and either hit Ctrl-C, Ctrl-Shift-C or right-click to get the
context menu for this.
