Rick,

These are mostly SVN questions (and not specific to TortoiseSVN). One of
the better resources is the official manual, http://svnbook.red-bean.com/ .

It's not that we're unwilling to help you; the SVN Book is where you'll
find the best answers to these kinds of questions. TSVN supports all of
the necessary SVN operations described in the manual, so following along
with the SVN Book should be easy enough.

If you have TSVN-specific follow-up questions, fire away.
