Msg: Commit to tag... How to safely switch to main trunk?

(Yes, I’m a new-be)

I meant to add a branch, but it appears I added a tag -- and checked the box to make the working copy part of the branch. Then, I made some changes to the source. Now when I try to commit those changes, I get the message about committing to a tag and suggests I switch to main trunk or branch.

OK. How do I save these revisions to the main trunk? I see there is a “Switch” menu choice. The “Switch” dialog box doesn’t make much sense to me. It sounds like switching will lose my changes to the working copy?

Any suggestions appreciated.

Regards,

Rick
