I solved this once but I can't recall how. Maybe re-run the 32-bit
installer, then remove it? I know that's not much help but I know that
it *is* possible to get out of this situation without major surgery.

When this is done on another system in the future, remove TSVN before
doing the migration to prevent this headache.
