Having a customized property for revision property whould be helpful

Having a dialog to set customized properties like tsvn:userdirproperties for revision properties whould be really helpful.

I guess that a problem in defining these dialogs whould be that the revision don't have a tree structure.
An option whould be to define these properties and the dialog options on the repository root.
