tsvn:userdirproperties and tsvn:userfileproperties don

When setting the tsvn:userdirproperties accoding to the documentation to

my:boolprop=bool;This is a bool type property. Either check or uncheck it.(true;false;my bool prop)

The new property is not thown in the properties dialog. Only when I open the advanced dialog, I can see this property. When I try to add a value, SVN shows an error, that the property name is invalid.

Unfortunately I'm not able to update to the latest version.
I also couldn't find any reference to a problem lilke this in the changelog, issue tracker or forums.
