BUG- Number of Files added/deleted incorrectly reported in GUI.

*I had a File which I right clicked did the SVN Rename.
I also did the right click SVN - Add on an additional File that needed to
be added to my repo.
When I did the SVN Commit, It shows the Changes in the Commit screen,
But on the Final screen It shows at the top the Correct Process but the
comment at the Bottom shows 1 added / 1 Deleted.

pre-commit.bsh, this is the file that I renamed to pre-commit.
pre-revprop-change is the additional 'ADD' file mentioned above.
