Replace CRLF with a single LF.
"separated by newlines", as it states in the docs.

Settings dialog->Advanced->Debug --> set this to true.
Then when you try any TSVN command via the normal right-click menu in
explorer, a dialog pops up that shows you the command line. Don't dismiss
that dialog (yet) but go instead to the temp folder, find the file and have
a look at that file. That's how you have to write your own file as well.
