Revision graph isn't shown

I have very often the problem that the revision graph will not shown.
Then a process with the name "TortoiseProc.exe" is in the process list and does nothing.

Process explorer from sysinternals doesn't show threads for that process. The process has no cpu usage and no I/O.

I have TortoiseSVN client version 1.7.7.22907 installed.

What can be the reason for this behaviour?

Attached you will find a file with all handles which are used by the process.
