RC 1.7.6.22900 no longer merges all revisions.

Downloaded and installed the latest RC (1.7.6.22900-dev-x64-svn-1.7.4) in an attempt to address Issue 272 ("Merge all revisions generates empty log message"), but have lost the ability to merge all revisions.

Unfortunately leaving the revision box empty on the merge dialog now causes nothing to be merged between branches. Selectively choosing revisions to merge works as expected, but merge all yields no change.

Neither merging from source branch to working copy or working copy back to the source branch appears to work.
