Wrong order in Cleanup with externals?

Hi all,

Could it be that there is an issue in TSVN when cleaning up a working copy with a corrupt "externals" sub-WC?

At the command line:

$> svn st <wc_root>

Performing status on external item at '<sub_dir>':
svn: E155037: Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted

$> svn cleanup <wc_root>

(Runs without error, but does not clean up the externals subdir.)

With TSVN 1.7.6:

  <wc_root> -> Context Menu -> "Cleanup"
    -> Select "clean up working copy status" and "include externals"

Error Message:

   Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
   <wc_root>
   Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted
   Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.
