But given that there is no inclination to change the site layout at the
moment, everyone is advised to 'fix' the issue client side by either:
- be alert and not click on dodgy advertisements
- disable javascript (in general or for specific sites)
- install ad-blocker software
- not visit the site

Whatever suits you best.
