Actually, most AV products treat CLI programs different from GUI
programs, so it's not really "caused by" TSVN but rather the AV which
is treating TSVN differently.
Telling people what AV product it is would be a big help, as people
might be able to give some tuning suggestions, or put it on a list of
known conflicting products.
