Lock issue - disk i/o error - virus scanner

I use the official version 1.7.6 of TortoiseSVN and I have a big problem with it.
If I try to checkout or update or something else I get an "disk I/O error, executing statement 'RELEASE ...'" error.
After the error occurs the working copy is locked.

E.g. I get following error messages:

Error Working copy '.....' locked.
Error '......' is already locked.

I have to cleanup the working copy. Sometimes this can not solve the lock and I have to delete all files and checkout all files again.

There is already a discussion about the topic. Last message was from Andy Levy on 2012-01-13 06:48:14 PST.

The discussion ends with the solution to disable the virus scanner. But I can not do that.
And in the past I had no issues with TortoiseSVN!

If I use svn I have no problems to do a checkout. So it must be an issue of TortoiseSVN!

I have checked the file lockings. Why does not TortoiseProc.exe lock the file "wc.db-journal"? All other files are locked. I think that this is the issue.
See here the last lines of process monitor (from sysinternals, filter on path begins with c:\temp\iadSvnTest\tortoiseSVN):

With best regards

Martin Rupp
