Automatic reporting after every files change

Hi everyone,

I have a doubt and apparently it is not answered in TortoiseSVN
documentation.

Indeed, I wanted to ask if there is a way to automatically send an e-mail to
every developer of a project after each of its modifications.

We rate it very interesting since we are placed in many different countries
and it could be useful to have a live control of our files modifications.
