TortoiseSVN 1.7.4, Win32 on WinXP Pro
SVN server is still running 1.6.11

URL: svn+ssh://svn.example.com/repo-name
WC: C:\Working\repo-name

Checked out as "file children only" for the root. About 2050 revisions,
1.1GB repository size, and about 30 projects hanging off the root of the
repository tree.

1) When I first open up the 1.7.4 repository browser, it starts out as
C:\Working\repo-name (the root of my working copy, which is pointed at
the root of the repository). After a wait, it changes from
"C:\Working\repo-name" to displaying just the URL (above) in the window
title. At which point, the "update to revision" option does not show up.

(The odd thing is that 1.6 behaved the same way, swapping out the window
title, but you could still get the "update to revision" options on the
file/folder children in the Repo Browser.)

2) If I start in one of the sub-folders (1 levels deep), the window
title initially says: "C:\Working\repo-name\ProjectA". It still takes
10-15 seconds to populate, but the window title stays correct and the
"update to revision" option shows up at that level.

(In 1.6, the Repo Browser window always just shows the URL in the Window
title.)

3) If I go down a bit farther, things continue to work, but the Repo
Browser window isn't smart enough to figure out that if I fired up the
Repo Browser from:

C:\Working\repo-name\ProjectA\Sub1\NestB

That I should be able to walk backwards up the tree in the left-hand
pane and get the "update item to revision" for the ProjectA and Sub1
levels. But TSVN 1.6 didn't do that either, so that's more of a "I wish
it was smarter" thing.
