TSVN 1.7.x Repo-browser Hangs

I am connecting to a very small repository via http(s) on apache with
mod_dav_svn. The repo is actually a development repo and I have very
little in it at this point. When I attempted to either create or delete a
folder within the repo-browser TSVN hangs. I am prompted for the log
message, after I click ok the process becomes unresponsive and I have to
kill the process. If I downgrade to 1.6.x I have no problems and can
create and delete folders via the repo-browser. I have replicated this
behavior on two clients so far. Any help would be appreciated.
