the context menu for "export" isn't shown for files, only if you select
a folder. At least on my machine with 1.7.3.
Because exporting files doesn't make sense: there's only one hidden .svn
folder in the wc root now - to export files just copy them the normal way.

That's because the dialog is modified: it has two checkboxes at the top.
