Bug Report - Exporting only one file from the Log Messages window

When trying to export just a single file by right-clicking and selecting
Export nothing happens. It works fine if I select 2 or more files first
and then right-click and select Export.

Side note, the Browse For Folder dialog that appears when it does work is
of the old file explorer type rather than the new one supported by Windows
7.

These issues were found on the 64-bit version running on Windows 7
Enterprise
