Ok, it's just that I just subscribed here to post after reading so many
time that SVN error should be posted here on the svn ML.

And the
D:\Development\SVN\Releases\TortoiseSVN-1.7.3\ext\subversion\subversion\libsvn_client\diff.c
part of the error message seems problematic for tortoise since this path
cannot come from my local checkout or the remote svn.
