TortoiseSVN 1.7.3 Where Is Diff Menu Option

I use Tortoise SVN on my computer as standalone version control for projects
I don't work on very often. Yesterday I updated to TortoiseSVN 1.7.3. Now,
when I right click on a file and open the Tortoise SVN menu, the 'Diff'
option is missing. So I can't see the differences between my working copy
and the last committed version ( unless I navigate in the Show Log dialogue
)

When I modify a working copy, the modify icon correclty changes from green
to red.

I checked another computer where I have TortoiseSVN 1.5.5 installed and the
Diff and Diff from Previous version are above the Show Log option.

Here is some further info:

Settings > General > Context Menu I have checked Checkout, Update, Commit,
Diff, and Diff with Previous Version checked (Diff and Diff with Previous
Version was unchecked after the update)

Settings > External Programs > Diff Viewer, Tortoise Merge is selected
rather than External.

Does anyone know how I can get the Diff option back, assuming it is supposed
to be there.
