Upgraded from which version? If it was from 1.6 or earlier, have you
upgraded your working copy, or made a fresh checkout.

Alternatively it may just be competition for icon overlays which TSVN
loses as it is now the most recently installed program.

Or it may be that an uninstall/reboot/reinstall will help.
