TortoiseSVN 1.7.3 update

after updating to the newest version the modified icons that show that you are in a svn directory no longer work.
One of the best features of svn up until this update is that you could easily tell from the file manager icons which svn files had changed. That feature broke with this version. it seems to work fine otherwise.
