TortoiseSVN 1.7.2 Makes AMD Catalyst Control Center Stop Working on Windows 7 64-bit

After I installed the TortoiseSVN 1.7.2 on Windows 7 64-bit and restart the computer, the OS told me that the Catalyst Control Center stops working.
When installing, the installer prompt me that 2 applications are running, so that the installer is not able to complete the installing. One of the applications is Catalyst Control Center.
Is there any conflicts between TortoiseSVN and AMD Catalyst Control Center?

1, DELL M5110 648 (AMD APU A6)
2, Windows 7 (64-bit) Home Basic (OEM)
3, TortoiseSVN 1.7.2 (64-bit)
4, Installing path: D:\Program\Subversion\TortoiseSVN-1.7.2
