TSVN log crashes with too many bugtrack links

From: Greig Maybery <greig.maybery_at_derivco.com>

What I did:
Right clicking and requesting a log on a working copy or repository location.

What I expected:
The log window should have opened, showing me the changed revisions with their log messages.

What happened:
The log window crashed.

Opening TSVN log on certain revisions crashes the log. If the problem revision is not visible, the log will only crash when you scroll down to it. I replaced different parts of the message until I narrowed the issue down to the bugtrack links. I have written a powershell script to describe the issue and ensure it could be replicated across different machines.

This issue is present in 1.7.1 and 1.7.99 (trunk daily). OS: Windows7 (64 & 32).
