Sam issue as the start of this thread "Looking for config option to stop use of CryptoAPI (TSVN 1.7.1)"

My company uses two certs, one in a smart card. With TortoisSVN 1.7.x it is not using my cert specified in my servers file (with this line, ssl-client-cert-file). Instead it is prompting me for my smartcard passphrase or telling me to insert it if I don't have it connected.
