Skipped obstructing working copy

From: Paul van der Hulst <paul_at_piak.nl>

Hello,

I'm having the following problem:
In a branch I have an external reference to a file in the trunk of the same repository.
When I switch from the trunk to the branch, the file is deleted and then recreated from the external source (the trunk)
When I switch from the branch to the trunk, I get a log message in red: skipped obstructing working copy --filename--
and further down: deleting --filename--

Now the files are missing from the working copy and are not restored by update/revert.

I have yet to find a method to restore the files in the working copy other than a clean checkout.

Best regards,

Paul van der Hulst
