Thanks for the log file.
Unfortunately, it doesn't show anything that would explain the issue.

Do you maybe have your own temp folder set up (e.g., C:\tmp or C:\temp)?
If yes, does that temp folder have full access rights for your user?

I've also compared your log to my own procmon log with a SUBSTed drive,
and I can't find anything substantially different. But for me, the
context menu shows the correct entries.
