Stealing locks while getting lock from commit window fails

I don't know if this has been reported nor how to search if it was...
I just wanted to say that when trying to commit files, if I want to
get the lock of one of them (shown on the commit window, then right
clicking on it) and on the "get lock" window that appears I check
"Steal locks", if the file is locked by someone else it fails just as
if I hadn't checkd "steal locks". This does not happen if I steal the
lock selecting the file directly from the Windows Explorer.
