tortoise commit freezing

Hello,

I have TortoiseSVN-1.7.1.22161-x64-svn-1.7.1.msi installed

Update works no problem and commit works only once after reboot
When I try to do a second commit in a few minutes, the commit window stops responding

I need to reboot the system to be able to do another commit

This did not happen with version 1.6

We are using solidworks files mainly with tortoise
