TortoiseMerge 1.7.1. Ignore all white spaces error

In TortoiseMerge 1.7.1, even when choosing "Ignore all whitespaces", lines in which the only diference is a whitespace still apear marked as if there was a change.
This is anoying when I'm changing a little piece of code and a lot of identation.
This didn't happen in 1.6.x.
