Lock status of working copy was not been released when connection failed.

I use an unstable Internet connection. sometimes, I need try more than once to finish one 'update' or 'checkout', cause the size of the source is too much large. the 1.6.x client works fine, but 1.7.1 client occasionally did't release the lock status of the local copy when the connection been interrupted.
