Visual Studio Error on build with 1.7

Hi there,

After upgrading to 1.7 I've been receiving this error when building projects that also use MSBuildTasks:

svn: The path 'PROJECTPATH' appears to be part of a Subversion 1.7 or greater
  working copy rooted at 'PROJECTROOTPATH'.
  Please upgrade your Subversion client to use this working copy.
PROJECT.csproj(112,5): error MSB6006: "svnversion.exe" exited with code 1.

I've tried the following to attempt to fix:
• Check out fresh project
• Fully uninstall and reinstall tortoise, ankh svn and msbuildtasks
• Build using VS 2011
• Downgrade to 1.6 (I receive the same error, because we have converted our projects)

I'm at a huge loss here, as I'm not sure what else to do. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
