So you're using Win7, and your working copy is in a folder on the c
drive (not in c:\users but a separate folder).
--> make absolutely sure that you have full access rights to that
folder. If you haven't added yourself with full access rights to that
folder before, then you do not have full access rights because the
restricted access rights of the c drive root are inherited on that folder.
