Re: Improper use of Task Dialogs

I found one additional task dialog, that doesn't occur too often, but
also is not quite right:

Load changes:

Issues: Main instruction not at the top, no cancel button. The
supplemental instructions do not add much value.

Suggested layout: http://i44.tinypic.com/k38ys8.png. "Cancel" would
also "Ignore changes". The file that changed should be specified.
Reverting to a Yes/No question would also be acceptable.
