Relative server hostname fails for

When I try to use the relative server hostname for an external reference in a repository located on a local disk drive, attempts to checkout a working copy while browsing fails to generate a correct URL.
Actual URL: file:///W:/svn.test/reference
Generated URL: file:///svn.test/reference
When either a checkout or update is attempted, TortoiseVSN fails to place the drive letter in the URL, causing it to issue the following error message:
---- W:\explore\reference Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'file:///svn.test/reference' Unable to open an ra_local session to URL Unable to open repository 'file:///svn.test/reference' ------ Here is detail on the exact Tortoise SVN revision used. --------------------- TortoiseSVN 1.7.1, Build 22161 - 64 Bit , 2011/10/21 22:51:59 Subversion 1.7.1, apr 1.4.5 apr-utils 1.3.12 neon 0.29.6 OpenSSL 1.0.0e 6 Sep 2011 zlib 1.2.5 Running on Windows 7 ------------------------------------------------------ http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/ds/viewMessage.do?dsForumId=4061&dsMessageId=2876048 To unsubscribe from this discussion, e-mail: [users-unsubscribe_at_tortoisesvn.tigris.org].Received on 2011-11-07 17:51:31 CET |
