Bugtraq property with two fields

Hello,

Is there any way to set up bugtraq properties to handle two fields? E.g. match something like “bug #123 comment #4”, and turn it into a hyperlink to:
http://myserver/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=123#c4
