List and Edit External Panels: Peg Revision

Hi,

Currently, the Edit External Panel allows to edit both the peg and the
operative revision, but the operative revision is simply called
"Revision" and is more prominent than the peg revision.

The difference between peg and operative revision is subtle, but the
peg revision is what is most commonly referred to as "Revision", where
as the operative revision is Subversion's special sauce for corner
cases.

Therefore, I think the panel should be changed so that either the peg
revision is more prominent and is called "Revision", or the
distinction between the peg and the operative revision is made
clearer.

Moreover, the List External Panel only shows the operative revision in
a separate column, leaving the peg revision relatively hidden as part
of the URL. I think the peg revision should be displayed prominently
in it's own column, rather than being a suffix of the URL.

See attached pictures of a proposed GUI that would satisfy the need to
make peg revision more prominent.
