commit error with plus sign icon overly

I am not sure how/why I got the plus sign overlay icon on one of the folders
in the SVN repository. Whenever I do a commit, it said

commit failed
fire not found: '95-1', path 'folder path'

I might have moved folders around and confused the SVN repository. How can I
fix the problem?
