v7 Library Support

I like the libraries feature but I was wondering if it is possible to provide the menu items when the Library is selected? Currently I have to select my dev root in order to get the menu items?

It would also be nice to have "Repobrowser" and "Checkout..." available as well.

Unless there is a way to customize it that I don't see?

Also, is it only possible to add those options in the Library as opposed to when any svn wc is selected?
